We want you to be completely satisfied with the services provided by RIMOBIT INFOTECH (OPC) PVT. LTD. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will issue a refund for any unused portion of the service, subject to the following conditions:

• a. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• b. Refunds will not be issued for any used portion of the service.
• c. Refunds will not be issued for any services that have been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• d. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time by providing written notice to RIMOBIT INFOTECH (OPC) PVT. LTD. If you cancel your service, you will not be entitled to a refund for any used portion of the service. You will remain responsible for any fees incurred prior to the cancellation date.
