What should I include in my enquiry?
A short description of your business, what you want to build, any existing website or app, and a preferred timeline. If you have a budget in mind, include that too. You don't need a finished brief to start the conversation.
Do you work with businesses in Ranchi and Jharkhand?
Yes. I'm based in Ranchi and work with businesses across Jharkhand, as well as clients remotely. We can discuss your project by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Can you improve an existing website or app?
Yes. Share the link and explain what isn't working for you. We can review the design, structure and functionality before deciding what should be updated or rebuilt.
How are the cost and timeline decided?
They depend on the scope, content, features and the work already in place. We discuss those details before agreeing the deliverables, cost and schedule.
Will I work directly with Ritu Anand?
Yes. I remain your main contact and lead the design and development. My supporting team contributes where the project needs branding, graphics, video or writing.
