More than a catalogue.
A working storefront.

From a first online store to a custom shopping experience, I help define the features your business will actually use.

Store design & product discovery

Collection pages, product layouts, search and filters planned around your catalogue. Images, size information and delivery details get space where shoppers need them.

Cart, checkout & payments

A clear route from product selection to order confirmation. Payment options, delivery charges, serviceable locations and failed-payment states are agreed before the build.

Orders & everyday operations

Product editing, stock updates, order management and customer notifications can be part of the scope. We choose the admin tools and integrations around your existing workflow.

Products first.
Real work, up close.

Features are agreed for your project; this diagram illustrates the planned journey.

Built for the shop.
And the people running it.

The platform follows the requirements. We discuss who will update the store, which systems it needs and what should be ready for launch.

Choose the foundation before the features.

A managed commerce platform, an editable CMS-based store or a custom build each brings different costs and responsibilities. We compare them against your catalogue, integrations and day-to-day team.

  • CatalogueProducts, variations, collections and stock rules.
  • OperationsAdmin access, order handling and delivery workflow.
  • OwnershipDomain, hosting, accounts and ongoing costs agreed upfront.

Connect the order journey carefully.

Payments and delivery connections are planned around the providers you choose. We test the normal order path alongside errors, repeated requests and delayed payment confirmations.

  • Payment handlingServer-side order checks and provider confirmation.
  • Delivery rulesCharges and supported locations made clear before payment.
  • NotificationsAgreed order and payment messages, with useful next steps.

Make the catalogue easier to find and use.

Useful product information comes first. I plan descriptive category pages, readable URLs and mobile layouts, then check image delivery and search settings before launch.

  • Search structureTitles, descriptions, internal links and canonical URLs.
  • Product informationRelevant structured data based on actual product details.
  • Loading & accessSized images, keyboard journeys and device checks.

Before launch

  • Review products, prices and delivery rules
  • Test agreed payment and order states
  • Check forms, navigation and mobile layouts

At handover

  • Editing and order-management guidance
  • Your account access and agreed project files
  • A clear list of renewals and provider costs

After launch

  • Agree backups and update responsibilities
  • Discuss support and catalogue changes
  • Review enquiries and shopping friction

Before we begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Planning an online store in Ranchi or elsewhere in Jharkhand? These are the details worth discussing first.

Can you redesign my existing online store?

Yes. I first review the current catalogue, URLs, order journey and admin workflow. We then agree which parts to retain, redesign or rebuild, including a migration and redirect plan where needed.

Which e-commerce platform will you use?

The choice depends on your catalogue, editing needs, integrations, budget and ongoing costs. I explain the options before we agree the build; the platform is not decided from a template.

Can you include payments, shipping and WhatsApp enquiries?

Yes, these can be included in the agreed scope. We confirm the providers, supported locations, charges, account requirements and enquiry or checkout journey before development.

Will I be able to update products myself?

We can include product and order management with a handover session. The agreed scope explains what you can edit and who is responsible for software updates, hosting and support.

What affects the cost and timeline?

Catalogue size, design requirements, product data, integrations and migration work all matter. Share your product range and current website so I can prepare a useful scope and estimate.

Do you also build customer and delivery apps?

Yes. If the store needs a mobile app or a connected delivery workflow, explore the Android and iOS development service. We can plan the website and app around the same business requirements.

What are you
working on?

Tell me what you have in mind. I'll help you work out the next step.
